Terms of payment
The reservation confirmation will be sent by post, which includes the terms of payment:
– 50% 2 weeks at the latest after the reservation confirmation by bank and 50% 6 weeks at the latest before arrival date by bank.
– If the arrival date is within 6 weeks after the reservation, 100% by bank immediately after receiving the reservation confirmation.
Pets
Due to the potential safety risk to the ponies, pets are not permitted.
Parking
You can park your car at the holiday home, or the central parking area at the entrance to the resort. Several charging stations for electric cars are also available at the central parking area.
Internet access
Free Wi-Fi is available in all holiday homes. The Saloon and Viva Mexico also offer a free Wi-Fi connection.
Launderette
There is a launderette available for washing and drying clothes.
